1. Price

1.1 All prices are by default in USD dollars $.

1.2 Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Additional delivery charges may apply if your delivery address is in a remote area, our customer service will contact you for the exact cost before shipping out.

1.3 International orders may incur duties and taxes in your specific country which you will be responsible for.

2. Payment

2.1 We accept Paypal payment only.

2.2 Payment should be completed within 4 (Four) hours of auction closing. Or unpaid dispute will be filed for closing auction.

3. Title and Risk of Goods

3.1 It is a condition of sale that all goods supplied by PHESSIO TURBO will remain the property of PHESSIO TURBO and the title of such goods shall not pass to the purchaser until they have been paid for in full.

3.2 The risk in the goods shall pass to the customer on completion of delivery.

4. Delivery

4.1 PHESSIO TURBO will ensure that each delivery of goods is accompanied by a delivery note showing the date of the order, all relevant customer and PHESSIO TURBO references, the type and quantity of the goods.

4.2 PHESSIO TURBO will deliver the goods to the location set out in the order or such other location as instructed and agreed by both parties.

4.3 Delivery of the goods shall be considered complete once arrived at the customer’s premises.

4.4 Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only. PHESSIO TURBO shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods that is caused by a force majeure event or the customer’s failure to provide PHESSIO TURBO with adequate delivery instructions.

4.5 Failure by the carrier to deliver the goods in accordance with the service requested and paid for shall be considered a force majeure event, and it is the carrier’s responsibility to locate and deliver the goods as requested.

4.6 If PHESSIO TURBO fails to deliver the goods as requested its liability is limited to the cost of the goods as originally supplied, and PHESSIO TURBO shall at its discretion either replace or refund the cost of the goods not delivered.

4.7 Any damage or missing items evident on delivery are to be notified to PHESSIO TURBO within 24 hours of delivery at the latest to enable a claim to be made against the carrier. Failure to report these issues within this timescale may result in denial of a claim.

5. Warranties

5.1 PHESSIO TURBO warrants to the original purchaser that’s products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of two years (24 months, unlimited mileage) from the date of original purchase, unless a different period is otherwise expressly stated.

5.2 The warranty period commences from date of invoice, and any claim must be made before expiration of the warranty period.

5.3 Warranty is conditional on the vehicle being properly serviced according to the vehicle manufacturer’s recommendations. A copy of the service records must be returned with the faulty turbo.

5.4 In order for the unit to be considered for warranty, it must be returned to PHESSIO TURBO in a complete state (i.e. returned to PHESSIO TURBO with all components as originally supplied) with no evidence of dismantling or other tampering. A report will be produced by our Warranty Department engineers who will determine the cause of failure. If the customer requires a replacement unit before the report is produced a replacement must be purchased pending a decision. In the event of a valid claim a credit note will be issued for this replacement unit. In the event of a rejection of the claim, the customer can decide to authorize us to scrap the old unit, request a repair at their cost, or request the unit is returned to them. Please note that a returned unit will be supplied in pieces as it is not suitable for service unless rebuilt through our remanufacturing process. All decisions are final

5.5 Warranty may be denied in the event of either the turbocharger or the engine being modified to increase power output.

5.6 Goods used for motorsport or other performance sport / activities are supplied without any warranty, and the application and use is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

5.7 In the event of any goods proving defective during the period of the warranty due to faulty material or workmanship PHESSIO TURBO shall, at its option, either supply replacement goods or repair such defective goods free of charge.

5.8 The warranty is non-transferable and is valid for the original purchaser only

5.9 In the event of an account being overdue for payment, PHESSIO TURBO reserves the right to suspend the warranty until such time as the account is fully paid.

6. Limit of Liability

6.1 PHESSIO TURBO cannot be held responsible for personal injury or damage caused to the engine or vehicle by failed goods.

7. Turbochargers for Competition Use

7.1 Turbochargers used for any form of competitive use are supplied in good faith and on the understanding that no guarantee is given in respect of performance or reliability of the product.

8. Returns Policy

You will have up to 30 days upon receipt of item to return the product back to us as long as it is still in brand new(our new products), unused and undamaged condition. Photo documentations that show the condition of the item will also be required.

8.1 For product returned within 7 days from date of order, no re-stocking fee will apply.

8.2 For product returned from 8 days to 30 days of date of order a fee of 25% will apply per unit or spares order

8.3 For product returned 31 days or over from date of order, no return will be accepted.

8.4 Once you have received your tracking number and you see movement on the carrier’s website, We cannot stop or cancel the order. Extra charges will apply for any refusals, non-deliverable addresses, or unwarranted returns. Please note that original shipping/handling is NOT refundable.

8.5 Should the item be damaged during transit, you must report the issue within 3 business days upon receiving your shipment. Ensure to keep the item(s) and all packaging materials as the carrier will require documentations of this.

8.6 Should you have received a defective or incorrect merchandise, ensure to contact PHESSIO TURBO within 3 business days upon receiving your shipment. If you prefer a refund, PHESSIO TURBO will provide you a prepaid return label for you to send the item back as long as the product is deemed to be incorrect or faulty. If you want to do an exchange, PHESSIO TURBO will cover both way shipping (provide you a prepaid return label and a label to ship out the correct item to you) as long as the product is deemed to be incorrect or faulty. The original purchased product will need to be returned back to PHESSIO TURBO before PHESSIO TURBO ship out the correct item or provides the refund. Please prepare photo documentations that clearly show you have indeed received the incorrect or faulty merchandise. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and ship the items back to us should he or she no longer want the item due to a biased opinion.

8.7 There may be cases where the tracking status on the carrier’s website shows delivery but you have yet to receive it. Please note for cases like this, We will not be held responsible as it is the carrier’s responsibility to successfully deliver the item to you. However, We may assist in trying to get in contact with the carrier by initiating a lost trace and / or claim. Ensure to check your tracking status on the carrier’s website periodically to understand the whereabouts of your shipment. If the tracking status shows delivery but you have not received the item(s), please check around your property, household, and with fellow neighbors.

8.8 If the product you have received is not as described and you need to return for refund, PHESSIO TURBO will always ask for you to provide photo / video documentations explaining why. The main reason for this is to protect both parties and to avoid inconsistency from occurring. The documentations will assist in understanding how / why / when the problems were formed.

8.9 Product must be returned in the original packing, clean, undamaged and not to have been fitted to an engine to qualify for the above. In the event of these conditions not being met PHESSIO TURBO reserve the right to charge up to the full price of the turbo to recondition it for future sale。

8.10 Any item bought in specifically for the customer is excluded from this policy, for example on VOR or specifically sourced. Any credit for re-stocking would be at the discretion of the management.

8.11 A Return Authorization Number must be obtained from PHESSIO TURBO prior to sending the unit back to ensure it can be booked in correctly. click to download Return Authorization Application Form
