Calibration Steps

1. For the actuator removed from turbo

Press IP key – Fit the actuator to the turbocharger – Press IC key

2. For the actuator has been calibrated and installed on the turbo

Warning

1. Before turning on the power to the calibration box, Please make sure that the actuator is properly connected to the calibration box.

2. Before pressing the reset button, Please make sure that the actuator has been removed from turbocharger to prevent any damage.

3. When the IP is successful (status light is green), Please make sure that the turbo gear is in maximum flow position (LEFT limitation position) and then fit the actuator to the turbocharger, otherwise the calibration will not work.
